Application Platform

 

As a Windows based application, CARTS was designed using Microsoft Visual Basic and Access as the database (can be upgraded to SQL Server).  The software can run as a stand-alone application or can be networked across a local area network.  Minimum requirements include:

 

Ø      Windows 95, 98 or NT

Ø      Pentium 133 MHz processor

Ø      32 megabytes of RAM

Ø      60 megabytes disk space (can vary based on data volumes)

Ø      Super VGA 800X600
