WebDiv
The Web Electronic Divorce Certificate core module (WebDIVä) includes all the functionality necessary to capture, maintain, report and store data pertaining to the divorce event. The combination of point and click technology and extensive edit checks will assure the data integrity required in today's vital records solutions. Data is grouped in a tabular format and user-friendly screens are arranged in an easy to use configuration that allows the user to quickly navigate between data items. WebDIVä includes the following features:
- Capability to receive divorce-related data elements from circuit courts.
- Ability for the state clerk to participate in the registration of the divorce certificate if a circuit court is not on-line with the WebDIVä system.
- Potential to import divorce data from other systems, such as legacy systems and/or Circuit Court Applications.
- Enforcement of instantaneous edit checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Automatic assignment of State File Number and File Date.
- Capacity to generate query letters to divorce data participants (circuit courts) for clarification of incomplete or inconsistent data elements.
- Ability to modify a divorce record after filing (corrections, amendments and updates from query letters).
- Generation of standard reports (Divorce Occurrence List).
- Generation of standard files (Statistical, Annual Report).
