Our WebMAR™ Manager (Web Electronic Marriage Certificate Manager) maintains administrative functions of the marriage module and provides supervisory review and application maintenance functions. WebMAR™ Manager provides the following functionality:

Tracking and monitoring of incomplete marriage records
Query letters to marriage applicants identifying expired licenses
