The WebMAR™ Facility (Web Electronic Marriage Certificate Facility) includes the ability to capture marriage data at the point of service and later manage and report on it. WebMAR™ Facility includes the following functionality and features:

Capture standards-compliant marriage-related data at the point of the local registrars and officiates
Automatic assignment of file number and file date
Capture data on prohibited relationships, drugs and alcohol, and probation laws
Query letters to marriage applicants identifying expired licenses
Production of “Shall Not Marry Before” documents
