WebEFDC™ (Web Electronic Fetal Death Facility) follows the standard U.S. Report of Fetal Death and will maintain, report, and accumulate data pertaining to the fetal death event with the ability to disseminate information to state and federal health agencies supporting the prevention of fetal death. WebEFDC™ Facility provides the following functionality:

Automatic assignment of State File Number
Printing of fetal-death-related documents
